"Self Healing" to Fix up Your Mood

Soooooo bored,
when you feels like hopeless or useless, a bunch of assignment which will makes you being zombie in your own room for a whole day,or... etc. IF you keep it running without something good, someday your neighbor would find you in a bad look *ugh
maybe you've got kinda stress and it will make you crazier *in a bad psycologist*
AND ummm...
here it is  some

  1. Enjoy your favorite MP3
  2. Go out of your room ! and take a deep breath.
  3. Play with your preety pets. it will help you to reduce your stress :)
  4. Get a glass of water.
  5. Ice Cream ! 
  6. Laugh Loud ! some comedy drama will be your medicine. and it's work!
  7. Yoga practice
  8. Dance as much as you can !
  9. Sing a song with your bestfriends :) hmmm... that's a good idea.
  10. Express your feeling in a piece of paper. throw out all bad feeling and write it in a paper.
that's all ! I wrote it as simple as I can :)
